Revit and Level 2 Building Information Modelling
This course has been designed for practising professionals and beginners alike. Participants should ideally have some CAD knowledge, though this is not essential. The aim of the course is teach participants how to work with Revit 2017 in a BIM environment.

Course Delivery and Content
You will spend the first 5 weeks learning the essential skills in a tutorial situation. You will then spend the final 3 weeks practising and reinforcing these new skills on a realistic design project.
Topics will include:
- Procedures for set-up
- Navigation and Use of Tool Bars
- System Families
- Component Families
- Site Modelling
- Work Sharing
- Project Application
Participants are expected to have a basic knowledge of computers.
Successful participants will be awarded a Dublin Institute of Design Certificate in Revit & Level 2 Building Information Modelling.
