About the Course
In this dynamic 8-week course you will be able to advance your skills using the primary Adobe packages: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
We will bring your through series of realistic briefs, from creating digital illustrations, composing spreads for editorial work, preparing files for output to print, and getting the best out of the Adobe tools. You will gain an understating of how each piece of software works in combination with the others, and you will explore basic animation tools to make your designs come to life. You will reinforce your skills by working on a design project, in which you will create both digital files and print-ready files for output to print.
This course is ideal if you have a basic knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign and want to improve your skills to work in a more professional capacity.
This summer, the course is running online due to public health measures. Your lecturer will lead classes via Microsoft Teams, and you will be able to avail of student subscription rates for the Adobe software.

On successful completion of this course, you will be awarded a Dublin Institute of Design Certificate in Adobe Software for Improvers.
Applicants must have a basic knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
